Yogesh Malik
Yogesh Malik is a technology evangelist and consultant in the field of IT Infrastructure Services Management. Currently Yogesh is working with Sapient .
He has over a decade of experience in technology consultancy and architecting enterprise systems, and his areas of expertise include designing scalable and highly-available IT infrastructure. Yogesh also claims pursuits in emerging and disruptive technologies—be it Web 2.0, cloud computing or new media. Prior to Sapient, Yogesh has assisted many organizations execute their business continuity plans and enterprise wide data protection initiatives.
Yogesh believes that future is already here; it is just not evenly distributed yet. He is an evangelist of new technologies and favorite subjects are technological singularity, nanotechnology, green energy and Internet of Things while his deep interest lies in assisting community organizations to effectively manage new technologies and social media for solving bigger issues.
A computer engineer graduate from YMCA, Yogesh holds many technical credentials from EMC, HP, CA and Oracle. He is an advocate of change and enjoys wearing many hats, from an IT architect to a new media activist, and recently, an author.
