Google silently launches Google Internet Stats

It is introduced quietly, Google Internet Stats ,allows you to search within the statistics for specific areas of interest. Google collects these statistics from various list of sources.

This Google resource brings together the latest industry facts and insights. These have been collected from a number of third party sources covering a range of topics from macroscopic economic and media trends to how consumer behavior and technology are changing over time.

Some examples are:

YouTube Ad Impressions multiply the impact of TV – lifting recall and attribution up to 15% higher than TV alone.Motorola (with Mindshare) and GM, partnered with YouTube, December 2008.

Take-up of top-speed broadband packages is also on the rise. Virgin Media, which last year brought out Britain’s first 50Mb broadband service saw a 78% increase in the number of customers choosing to pay for its most expensive package during 2008.Enders Analysis, February 2009.
